1、TPSAF/T比值PSAD在早期前列腺癌诊断作用中的比较研究?852?JournalofClinicalUrology,N!:!TPSAF/T比值PSAD在早期前列腺癌诊断作用中的比较研究林延双梁建波何大光玉海韦华玉蓝志相[摘要]目的:研究,比较TPSA,F/T,PSAD在前列腺癌(PCa)早期诊断中的作用,寻找更准确的PCa诊断指标.方法:选择经手术证实的PCa患者5O例和BPH组5O例,术前均测定血清TPSA.,FPSA含量,测量前列腺体积,计算F/T比值和PSAD值,并与术后病理组织学进行比较并作诊断性试验评价.结果:PCa组患者血清T
2、PSA,F/T,PSAD水平与BPH组比较,两组差异有统计学意义(Pd0.001),高分化癌组与低分化癌组比较,三个诊断性指标差异有统计学意义(Pd0.05),相关分析表明:这三个诊断性指标与PCa细胞学分化程度有密切相关.诊断性试验评价:当F/T取值≤020而TPSA取值≥10~tg/I时,后者敏感度提高1.36,特异度提高885,准确度提高5.25;当TPSA取值≥10g/I而PSAD值≥0.20时,后者敏感度增高0.58,特异度提高5.31,准确度提高7.88;当F/T取值≤0.20而PSAD取值≥0.20时,后者敏感度提高l1.94,
