2、sDairyIndustryDevelopmentbyYiXiaoqiuSupervisor:Prof.YuHuixinDec2014摘要近年来，伴随我国经济水平的提高和人民生活质量的改善，乳制品已经成为日常生活中不可或缺的一种食品，与此同时，乳制品业对一国经济发展的重要性也日益凸显。如今很多国家都把乳制品业当成一个重要的产业来发展，尤其是一些发展中国家，也希望通过发展乳制品业来推动经济发展，提高人们的身体素质。由于乳制品业产业链横跨三大产业，涉及的行业范围较广，因此该行业在整个经济中的重要性不言而喻。然而长期以来，我国乳制品贸易一直表现为进口大于出口。进口乳制品

3、在繁荣了我国乳制品市场的同时，也给我国乳制品业的发展造成了不小的冲击。本文从分析我国乳制品贸易现状以及我国乳制品产业发展状况入手，通过分析发现：一方面，我国乳制品进口数量和金额逐年增加，进口种类呈现多样化趋势，乳制品需求旺盛；另一方面，我国乳制品业的发展并不稳定，不仅奶牛养殖效益波动明显、乳制品加工技术落后、质量安全存在隐患，而且乳制品企业集中度也较低，垄断程度低，产品同质化严重。在这样的形势下，进口乳制品无疑会对我国乳制品业的发展产生多方面的影响。文章先分析了进口乳制品对我国乳制品业发展的促进作用，然后以奶粉市场为例，运用实证和案例分析，就进口乳制品对我国乳制品

4、业的原奶生产环节、乳制品加工环节、乳制品消费环节的冲击逐一进行探讨，并得出结论：进口乳制品已经影响了我国奶牛养殖业的健康发展，挤压了国内乳制品企业的利润空间，并且占有了消费者剩余。最后，本文针对进口乳制品对我国乳制品业发展造成的冲击，从国家层面、企业层面、和消费者层面来分析对策，以期能振兴我国乳制品业并将进口冲击减到最小。关键字：乳制品业进口冲击对策分析IAbstractInrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofournationaleconomyandimprovementofpeople’slifequality,dairyprodu
