1、湖州师范学院学士学位论文纳米氧化锌的制备03091129陈秀香(湖州师范学院生命科学院,湖州313000)摘要:本文简略地总结了纳米材料的发展概况及研究现状,其中包括纳米材料的基本特征、应用以及纳米粉体的制备方法,重点概述了纳米ZnO的研究现状及其应用前景,尤其概括了当前制备纳米ZnO的各种方法及其优缺点。论文系统研究了均匀沉淀法制备纳米ZnO的各种影响因素,如溶液水解反应温度、水解反应时间、表面分散剂的种类、表面分散剂的用量、溶液水解pH值、原料摩尔配比、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等对氧化锌粉体性能的影响。实验结果表明:在原料摩尔配比n[硝酸锌]:
2、n[尿素]=1:3;水解反应工艺条件为:95℃×3.5小时;以十二烷基苯磺酸钠作表面分散剂,用酸、碱调整溶液pH值为7.0条件下可以制得前驱体Zn(OH)2,前驱体氢氧化锌的最佳焙烧工艺制度为:焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间2.5h。关键词:纳米氧化锌,均匀沉淀法,工艺条件PreparationofNano-SizedZincOxide03091129CHENXiuxiang(SchoolofLifeScience,HuzhouTeachersCollege,Huzhou313000)Abstract:Thedevelopmentandresea

5、andtimeofsintering,onthepropertiesofthenano-sizedZnOhavebeeninvestigatedsystematically.Accordingtotheexperiments,theresultsindicatethatwhenthemolarratioofZn(NO3)2toureais1:3,andthehydrolyzingreactioniscarriedoutat95℃for3.5hoursinthesolutionwiththepHvalueof7,bestprecursorofZ
