1、XX纸业有限公司5S推行手册序言人，都是有理想的。企业内员工的理想，莫过于有良好的工作环境，和谐融洽的管理气氛。5S造就安全、舒适、明亮的工作环境，提升员工真、善、美的品质，从而塑造企业良好的形象，实现共同的梦想。为配合公司广泛开展5S运动，特编写了《员工5S活动手册》，手册中较为详实地介绍了5S的定义、目的、效用，推行要领及其意义，具有一定指导性和实用性。为此，热忱希望广大员工对该手册勤学习，深领会，常行动，并循序渐进、持之以恒，不断规范自己的日常工作，促使5S活动向从“形式化”走向“行事化”，最后向“习惯化”演
2、变，为公司的稳步发展打下坚实的基础。一、何谓5S5S就是整理（SEIRI）、整顿（SEITON）、清扫（SEISO）、清洁（SETKETSU）、素养（SHITSUKE）五个项目，因日语的罗马拼音均以“S”开头，简称为5S。没有实施5S的工厂，触目可及地就可感受到现场的脏乱，例如地板粘着垃圾、油渍或切屑等，日久就形成污黑的一层，零件与箱子乱摆放，起重机或台车在狭窄的空间里游走。再如，好不容易引进的最新式设备也末加维护，经过数个月之后，也变成了不良的机械，要使用的工夹具、计测器也不知道放在何处等等，显现了脏污与零乱的景
