3、templateshallbeusedasabasedocumentandelementsnotrequiredshouldberemovedandanyadditionalcontractandlocationspecificrequirementsaddedtothemasterdocument.1.2PreparationAProjectHSEPlanshallbepreparedbytheProjectManagerinconjunctionwiththeManagerHSE.ProjectHSEPlansshallcomplyatm

4、inimumwiththeAfricanMineralsLtdcorporateHSEPlanandGRP-HSE-001‘HSEManual’,Projectspecificandstatutoryrequirements.TheProjectHSEPlanshallbenumberedandrevvedasfollows:PHSEP/jobnumber/01;AlphabeticallyA,Betcfordraftandreviewrevisions;Numberedfrom0‘ApprovedforUse’andsubsequentre

5、visions1,2,3etc.1.3Review,Approval,DistributionandRevisionProjectHSEPlansshallbereviewedbytheManagerHSEandapprovedbytheProjectManager.TheConstructionManagerandProjectManagerhavetheauthorityandresponsibilitytoamendandmakechangestotheProjectHSEPlanasrequiredtoensuretheproduct

6、ivityoftheprojectandtomaintainasafeandhealthyworkenvironment.AnyamendmentsshallbesenttotheManagerHSEforreviewandapprovedbytheProjectManager.Amendmentsthatdonotcomplywithminimumstatutory,clientorcorporaterequirementsshallnotbemadetoanyHSEPlan.TheManagerHSEandProjectManagerha

7、vetheauthorityandresponsibilitytooverrideanynon-compliantamendments.TheProjectHSEPlanshallbedistributedviaaformalDocumentControlSystemwitheachcopyindividuallynumberedifdistributedinmultiplecopies.1.4ArchivalProjectHSEPlansshallbemaintainedthroughouttheprojectandshallbeelect
