4、tandards.3.DEFINITIONSNil4.PROCEDURE4.1NoiseIdentificationPriortoconstruction,theConstructionManagerwilldetermineconstructionnoiselevellimitsbasedonstatutory(safetyandenvironmental)andprojectspecificrequirements.AllowablenoiselimitswillbedocumentedintheProjec

5、tHSEPlanorConstructionEnvironmentalManagementPlan.Priortocommencementofworks,theConstructionManager,inconjunctionwiththeProjectHSECoordinator(PHSEC),shallidentifythelikelyconstructionnoisesourcesfortheproject.Managementstrategieswillbedevelopedformanagingcons

6、tructionnoisesothattheconstructionnoiselimitsarenotexceeded.NoisemanagementstrategieswillbedocumentedintheProjectHSEPlanorConstructionEnvironmentalManagementPlan.TypicalnoiseemissionsfromconstructionactivitiesandequipmentareincludedinAppendix1.WheretheConstru

7、ctionManagerdeterminesthatabaselinesurveyofpre-existingnoiselevelsisrequiredpriortocommencementofconstructionworks,thePHSECshall:·Determinethenoisemonitoringlocationsandtimes,·Recommendanagencytoconductthesurvey.Uponcompletionofthebaselinenoiselevelsurvey,the
