3、rsunderthedirectcontrolofAMLECF.ANewtoIndustryandYoungEmployeeshallbedeemedtobeanypersonnothavingsufficientevidenceofcompletionofatleast1yearcontinuousworkinthepositionandtaskstobecarriedoutand/oranypersonbetweentheagesof16and21years.Nopersonunder18yearsoldshallbeallowedtoworkonadesigna

4、tedminesite.1.PROCEDURE1.1AssessmentAMLECFand/orContractorsshallensurethatallnewemployeesareassessedonexperienceandknowledgepriortoworkingonsite.Thisassessmentwillbecompliedduringthejobapplicationandinductionprocesswithanemployeemanagementplandevisedtoensurethatall‘NewtoIndustryandYoung

5、Employees’willbesafeatalltimes.Allnewemployeeswithnoexperienceshallbereferredtotherelevantdepartmentmanagerwhoshallensurethatthismatterisclearlycommunicatedtoallrelevantparties.1.2RegisterAMLECFand/orContractorsshallberequiredtocompilearegisterofworktobecarriedoutandasignedoffbyarelevan

6、tcompetentpersononcethe‘NewtoIndustryandYoungEmployee’hasbeendeemedcompetentinthisarea.1.3MentoringandSupervisionThe‘NewtoIndustryandYoungEmployees’ManagementPlanshouldstatethetasksinvolvedandanominatedcompetentemployeetoberesponsibletoensurethatthenewemployeehasnotbeenexposedtoanyunacc

7、eptablerisk.1.4InductionandTrainingAll‘NewtoIndustryandYoungEmployees’shallbeinductedandtrainedtosafelycarryouttheassignedtasks.Itisalsorequiredthatall‘NewtoIndustryandYoungEmployees’aretohaveacurrentgenericinductionsuchasMARCSTAorequivalentinaccordancewithAMLECFHSEManualGRP-HS
