5、ethetradetoolsatitsdisposaltochallengesuchpolicieswheneverpossible,suchasU.S.traderemedylawsandtheWTO’sdisputeresolutionmechanism.A2011surveybytheAmericanChamberofCommerceofitsmembersinChinaillustratesChina’sopportunitiesandchallengesforU.S.firms.Itreportedthat78%ofth
6、osesurveyedsaidthattheymadeaprofitinChinain2010,and85%saidtheywouldboostinvestmentintheirChineseoperationsin2010.However,35%ofrespondentsstatedthatithasbecomemoredifficulttoobtainbusinesseslicensesinrecentyearsand25%saidthatChina’sindigenousinnovationpolicies(discusse
