1、本科生毕业论文浅析煤炭企业成本控制存在的问题及对策摘要由于最近几年我国的国民经济一直呈现出缓慢增长的状态，我国的许多煤炭企业都受经济市场的影响，开始出现经济效益低，就连获得生存都成了问题。现在的煤炭市场，煤炭的需求量都不到以前的三分之二，煤炭企业出现了开采出来的煤销售不出去的情况，因此，现在的煤炭行业只能降低销售价格，导致了煤炭企业不能保证收支平衡，有一些煤炭企业开始减少煤炭的产量，降低开采煤炭的一些开采成本，以此来求得企业的长久生存，但是大多数煤炭企业已经开始出现亏损的情况。但是煤炭行业根据预测还会遇到非常困难的阶段，整个煤炭行业的经济发展
2、形势很不好。随着金融危机的发生，我国的整体经济一直处于不断下降的趋势，煤炭行业也随着这种不乐观的经济走势有所下降。在2012年，煤炭行业黄金十年的时期已经过去了，在国家政策上来说，煤炭行业要开始减少产量，降低煤炭的销售价格，而在整个煤炭试产来说，煤炭行业还不得不降低利润，希望可以生存下来。为了减少企业内部整体成本的支出，大部分企业开始降低员工的薪水，节约每一个环节的成本支出等来进行成本控制。本文对煤炭企业系统分析了企业在各个环节的成本控制，找出了存在的问题并提出相应配套措施。关键词：煤炭企业；成本构成；成本控制；对策IVAbstractDue

5、ngrun,butmostofthecoalenterpriseshasbeguntoloss.Butthecoalindustryinaccordancewiththeforecastwillbeencounteredverydifficultstage,theentirecoalindustry'seconomicdevelopmentsituationisnotgood.Withtheoccurrenceoffinancialcrisis,China'soveralleconomyhasbeeninadownwardtrend,thec
