1、浅析施工企业项目成本控制存在的问题及对策摘要A前我国建筑行业的竞争口趋激烈，全面推行招投标制，管理机制口趋完善,市场竞争越来越激烈，利润的空间越来越小，施工企业面临十分严峻的考验。因此，加强企业的成本控制是每个企业需要面对的问题。“开源节流”也自然成为了施工企业管理的一个有效的措施。“开源”就是在项目内做好变更索赔工作;“节流”就是施工企业内部挖潜，挖潜就必须分析成本控制的关键点，找到症结点对症丁药，即体现在管理上，“管与不管就是不一样”。其中的管，如何去管，也成为施工企业的重点工作。本文从施工企业成本控制的现状入手，分析施工企业成本控制过程中存在的不足之处，并有针对性地提出对
