1、中西医联合前列腺按摩治疗精液迟缓液化症的临床观王占坤1王尚云2侯成玉1（1青岛市第八人民医院泌尿外科；2青岛市第八人民医院检验科266100）目的：探讨应用中丙医结合方法治疗精液迟缓液化症。方法：对96例精液迟缓液化症患者，随即分为两组。综合治疗组（简称治疗组）和丙医治疗组（简称对照组）各48例。治疗组采用前列腺按摩，1次/周；银花泌炎灵片：4片，q6h口服;水蛭粉：3.0bid口服;左氧氟沙星:0.2bid口服;VitC0.2tid口服。对照组采用左氧氟沙星：0.2bid口服；VitC0.2tid口服。两组均治疗4周为1疗程。治疗1个疗程后复查精液常规，观察两组治

2、疗前后精液液化时间、精子活动率和精子活力，并进行比较。结果：治疗组：治愈：31例，有效11例，总有效率：87.5%；对照组：治愈6例，有效8例，总有效率：29.16%。经统计学分析：治疗组精液液化情况明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：应用中丙医结合联合前列腺按摩治疗精液迟缓液化症，疗效确切，较单纯用丙药治疗效果好，可推广应用。关键词.•精液;迟缓液化症;中丙医结合疗法;物理疗法R2【文献标号】A2095-7165（2015）ll-0124-02ClinicobservationonintegratedtraditionalChineseandwestern
