1、欣普贝生在足月妊娠胎膜早破中的应用浦筱雯祝佳肖春(通讯作者)上海市长宁区妇幼保健院产科200051目的探讨欣普W生用于足月妊娠胎膜早破促宫颈成熟及引产的有效性和安全性。方法随机选择我院2010年12月-2012年12月足月妊娠宫颈Bishop评分≤6分、无阴道分娩的禁忌症、无应用前列腺素引产禁忌症的单胎初产妇110例，分为破膜早破及未破膜欣普W生组。观察比较两组产妇在给药前后宫颈Bishop评分及给药后临产时间、总产程、分娩方式、羊水污染、产后出血量及新生儿情况等。结果使用欣普贝生的自然破膜组与未破膜组在提高宫颈评分、阴道分娩率、缩短临产时间及总产程等
