1、摘要本文在他人研究的基础上,主要运用问卷调查法对宁德师范学院教育与艺术学院250名学生进行调查研究。调查结果显示,师范生对于教师社会地位和住房福利的满意度较低;他们大部分都积极参加学校开设的教学实践课,并且愿意为了成为教师努力克服学习上的困难;女性师范生和男性师范生对于教师工作环境满意度差别不大,都呈现较高的满意度,但男性师范生更加认真学习专业理论知识;专升本非教育专业学生相比本科生、专升本教育专业学生对教师工作环境满意度更高,而且更加认真学习专业理论知识;家长职业为商的学生对教师工作环境满意度更高
2、;家长职业为农的学生更加珍惜成为教师的机会。因此,在这里提出相关对策:首先,政府应当加大教师优秀事迹的宣传,提高教师社会地位,并为教师提供住房补贴或者居住宿舍楼,使教师住房福利有所保障。其次,学校多开展见习或者试讲活动,增加教师的实践经验;同时,提高对女性师范生理论学习要求,增加她们学习动力;学校也要扩大对专升本非教育专业的招生人数,为教师队伍输入良好血液;与此同时,对农村学生设立补助资金或贫困生奖学金,鼓励农村学生回家乡发展教育。最后,师范生自身要提高专业理论知识与能力,为未来就业做好准备。关键词
