1、中医针灸疗法在脑梗死治疗中的作用分析　　【摘要】目的研究中医针灸疗法在脑梗死治疗中的价值。方法130例脑梗死患者，根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组，各65例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用针灸疗法。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、神经功能缺损评分、生活自理能力。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.92%，高于对照组的76.92%，差异具有统计学意义。治疗前，两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分和日常生活能力量表评分比较差异无统计学意义；治疗3个月后，观察组患者NIHSS评分明显低于对照组，ADL评分明显高于对照组，差异
