1、多潘立酮联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床研究【摘要】目的：观察多潘立酮联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的实际效果。方法：选取本院2013年12月-2014年12月收治的50例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者作为研究对象，按硬币法将其分为对照组和试验组，每组25例。对照组采用潘立酮治疗，试验组采用多潘立酮联合硫辛酸治疗，观察比较两组患者的消化道症状评分、胃运动X线检查结果、治疗前示血糖水平、治疗效果及用药安全性。结果：经治疗后，试验组的胃脫胀满、早饱、恶心呕吐、厌食、暧气症状评分均明显低于对照组，蠕动波起始时间、蠕动
2、波间隔时间及胃排空时间均明显短于对照组，空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平均明显低于对照组，临床治疗总有效率92.0%明显高于对照组的68.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论：多潘立酮结合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的效果满意，值得临床应用、推广。【关键词】多潘立酮；硫辛酸；糖尿病性胃轻瘫；疗效观察ClinicalResearchofDomperidoneCombinedwithThiocticAcidintheTreatmentofDiabeticGastroparesis/CIIENGuang-
