2、想性、忧虑性、实验性、独立性(t=8.45,5.22,-4.32,8.32,-6.25,9.81,6.57,-6.64,-8.29;P<0.05或0.01);男女乘务员在乐群性、有恒性、敏感性(t=-3.55,2.18,-2.62;P<0.05)3个因子原始分上存在显著性差异;主成分分析法提取出公因子8个,其特征值分别为(4.150,1.987,1.646,1.293,1.222,0.994,0.792,0.728)。结论空中乘务员具备其独特的个性特征,并且存在性别差异,适合空中乘务员个性特征的人格结构模型为八因素模型。【关键词】卡特尔1
