2、资源改革迫在眉睫。现在很多企业为了提升自身核心竞争力,在不断地优化自己的人才贮备系统,从待遇,福利,住房及职业发展等多方面给予优厚待遇来吸引人才。无形中给国企人力资源改革提升了很大压力。21世纪是人才竞争的时代,只有注重人力资源管理的企业才能长远发展,立于不败之地。本文分七章进行论述,第一章介绍国企发展概况,第二章介绍人才流失概念及原因,第三章介绍国企人才流失现状,第四章讲述原因分析,第五章介绍企业案例分析,第六章提出预测与建议,第七章总结。关键词:国企,人口,人才流失,对策研究..ABSTRACTChina'sov
