1、针刺研究2014年6月第39卷第3期·173·☆机制探讨☆针刺“长强’’穴对自闭症模型大鼠学习记忆能力和前额叶皮层缝隙连接相关蛋白表达的影响洪钰竺张学君洪霖黄倩茹吴强(福建中医药大学针灸学院,福州350122)【摘要】目的:观察针刺“长强”穴对自闭症模型大鼠学习和记忆能力及对前额叶皮层缝隙连接相关蛋白(CX)表达的影响,探讨针刺“长强”穴改善自闭症大鼠学习记忆能力的可能机制。方法:Wistar孕鼠予以腹腔注射丙戊酸钠后所产子代,经睁眼试验、游泳试验筛选后,确定为自闭症大鼠模型,随机挑选30只,分为长强组、非穴组、模型组,每组l
