1、蚌埠医学院学报2014年7月第39卷第7期849[文章编号]100O-22o0(2014)07_o8493·基础医学·重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子凝胶对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面溶痂的影响刘继松,赵经纬,杜娟,章祥洲,方勇[摘要]目的:验证重组人粒细胞一巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM—CSF)对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面坏死组织溶痂的作用效果,并分析其可能的机制。方法:将70只sD大鼠用热液烧伤的方法(75。C,8S)制成背部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面,将烧伤大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组各35只。对照组创面局部外用不含rhGM—CS
2、F的凝胶基质,实验组创面局部外用rhGM—CSF凝胶(100g/10g)。分别于制创后1、3、5、7、10、14和21d观察2组动物创面情况并摄像;计算不同时相点的溶痂率;免疫组织化学染色观察创面中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞浸润情况。结果:烧伤后第5—10天,实验组大鼠创面溶痂率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);创面免疫组织化学检查显示烧伤第3~7天,实验组创面局部炎症细胞浸润均较对照组明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:外源性rhGM-CSF的应用可促进深Ⅱ度烧伤创面早期炎症细胞的浸润,促进创面溶痂,从而促进
