1、淮海医药》2014年7月第32卷第4期JHuaihaiMed，July2014，Vo1．32，No．4·319GM—CSF凝胶对SD大鼠深II度烧伤创面溶痂的影响杜娟，刘继松，章祥洲，赵经伟，方勇，姚敏，俞为荣【摘要】目的观察重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM—CSF)对深II度烧伤创面坏死组织溶痂和促进创面愈合的作用效果。方法SD大鼠70只用热液烧伤的方法(75℃、8s)制成背部深II度烧伤创面，烧伤大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组(每组35只)。对照组(c组)：创面局部外用不含rhGM—CSF的凝胶基质，

2、实验组(E组)：创面局部外用rhGM．CSF凝胶(100g／10g)。分别于制创后1⋯357、10、14和21d观察2组动物创面情况并摄像，记录创面溶痂时间；用图像分析软件计算不同时相点的溶痂率；并于不同的时相点取创面组织，HE染色观察创面组织形态及修复情况。结果从烧伤后第5天起各时相点，实验组大鼠创面溶痂率与对照组表现出差异；实验组创面溶痂时间为(10．73．4-2．47)d较对照组(14．26．4-2．65)d显著缩短(P<0．01)；实验组和对照组创面愈合时间分别为(16．21±1．27)d和(18．05
