2、几何平均浓度(IC)为1617．37mIU／rnl。四年间GMC两两比较差异均有统计学意义。不同年龄组人群的麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为49．50％～99．01％，差异有统计学意义(=429．82，P<0．001)，不同年龄组GMC为697．07～1432．76mIu／ml，差异有统计学意义(F=7．998，P<0．001)。结论继续加强免疫规划管理力度，结合麻疹疫情对一定年龄的人群实行强化免疫。关键词：麻疹；抗体水平；监测中图分类号：R511．1文献标识码：BDOI：10．3969／j．issn．1006—3110．2013．12．013AnalysisontheMonitoringSituati
