1、AcupunctureResearch,Oct.2012,Vo1.37,No.5☆综述☆针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病机制的研究进展朱晶国海东邵水金(上海中医药大学基础医学院解剖教研室,上海201203)【摘要】阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’Sdisease,AD)是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一。本文就近年来国内有关针灸疗法治疗AD的研究进行了回顾,发现针灸可能通过调节神经递质的释放、保护神经元、提高神经营养因子含量、激活海马蛋白激酶、抑制脑组织炎性反应、调节异常蛋白质的水平和上调自噬活性水平等多条途径达到治疗AD的作用。深入探讨针灸治疗AD的作用机制,可为阐明AD的发病机制和寻找更为特异和有效
