1、综合护切术台帽患者围术期中的应用效果观2018-03-2110:12:00中国现代医生2018年2期王伟来光华［摘要］目的^察综合护理干预在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤患者围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月〜2017年1月我院收治的膀胱肿瘤患者60例，所有患者术前均行膀胱镜、超声等检查确诊，均行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术，采用WOLF汽化电切镜，以5%甘露醇为灌洗液，采用腰硬联合麻醉。对照组采取常规护理，干预组采取综合护理，对两组患者干预前后的SAS评分及两组的膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间、膀胱痉挛发生率、护理满意度进行比

2、较分析。结果干预组与对照组患者干预后的SAS评分分别为(32.6±9.1)分、(40.6±11.5)分，干预组的SAS评分显著低于对照组，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。干预组患者的膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间明显短于对照组，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。干预组患者膀胱痉挛发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有显著性(Pv0.05)o干预组的护理满意度为96.7%,显著高于对照组，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤患者围术期中的应用效果较好，可以减轻患者的焦虑心理，有利于术后恢复，且可减
