2、察海马区神经细胞超微结构,免疫印迹检测磷酸化p38MAPK和IL一1B的表达变化,水迷宫测试动物学习记忆功能。结果与对照组比较,模型组神经细胞结构损伤、磷酸化p38MAPKIL一113的表达升高,水迷宫检测动物逃避潜伏期时间延长、穿台次数减少(P<0.05);与模型组比较,葡萄籽原花青素能减轻神经细胞超微结构的损伤,降低磷酸化p38MAPK和IL一1B表达,水迷宫检测动物逃避潜伏期时间缩短、穿台次数增多(P<0.05);上述变化在高剂量萄籽原花青素组最为显著(P<0.05)。结论葡萄籽原花青素能改善睡眠呼吸暂停模式低氧大鼠的学习记忆功能,与抑制海马区磷
