2、日)治疗，疗程为8周。治疗前和治疗第1、2、4、6、8周末采用HAMD17、TESS对患者抑郁程度和副反应进行评定。结果总有效率治疗组为93．5％，对照组为90．3％，两组比较。差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；治疗8周末，与对照组相比，治疗组HAMD评分的减分率相当，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。两组TESS评分比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。结论艾司西酞普兰联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗2型糖尿病伴发轻、中度抑郁安全有效，副反应少，依从性较好。【关键词】舒肝解郁胶囊；艾司西酞普兰；糖尿病；抑郁Acontrolstudyofesc
