1、《中国医学创新》第11卷第6期(总第288期)2014年2月经验交流Jingyanjiaoliu观察应用电子喉镜治疗声带息肉55例的疗效李书伟①【摘要】目的：进一步观察应用电子喉镜治疗声带息肉患者的临床治疗效果。方法：选取本院于2011年12月一2013年4月收治的110例声带息肉患者，将其随机分成两组，治疗组55例采用电子喉镜手术治疗，对照组55例采用支撑喉镜手术治疗，经过1个月的随访观察后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者经过随访观后发现，治疗组的手术成功率为74．5％(41／55)，对照组70．9％(39／55)，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P

2、>0．05)；在摘除声带广基息肉后，治疗组的痊愈率为68．2％(15／22)，对照组的痊愈率47．8％(11／23o术后治疗组并发症发生率为3．6％(2／55)，对照组的并发症发生率为14．5％(8／55)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05o结论：采用电子喉镜治疗声带息肉疗效显著，操作简单安全，并发症发生率较低，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】电子喉镜；声带息肉；支撑喉镜ObservationofCurativeEfectofElectronicLaryngoscopeinTreatmentof55PatientswithVocalCordPolyp
