2、n的表达状况，探讨其l临床意义。结果表明：①PTENmRNA在宫颈癌、CINⅢ组织中的表达显著低于正常宫颈组织(P0．05)。②PTEN蛋白在宫颈癌、CINIlI、CIN1I、CINI组织中显著低于正常宫颈组织(P

3、加而减弱。survivin蛋白在宫颈癌、CIN1I组织中显著高于正常宫颈组织(P<0．O1)，在CINII中的表达高于正常宫颈组织(P<0．05)，而在cINI组织中则与正常宫颈无差异(P>0。05)。说明PTEN和survivin基因在宫颈从癌前病变向宫颈癌演变过程中发挥重要作用，有望成为宫颈癌分子诊断与分子靶向治疗的新靶点。关键词：PTEN；survivin；宫颈上皮内瘤样病变；宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌；生物学标志物中图分类号：R737．33文献标志码：A文章编号：1671—4652(2014)04—0010—04E
