1、·3544·现代中西医结合杂志ModernJournalofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicine2014Nov,23(32)醋柳黄酮通过钙调神经磷酸酶途径抑制心肌肥厚的研究汪接根,余琴。,刘应才(1.四川省兴文县中医医院,四川兴文644400;2.泸州医学院附属医院,四川泸州646000)[摘要]目的探讨醋柳黄酮是否通过钙调神经磷酸酶途径抑制心肌肥厚。方法通过腹主动脉缩窄法构建高血压心肌肥厚大鼠模型,随机分成4组(n=8):对照组(Control组,饮用水10mL/(kg·d)),卡托普利组(cP组,100mg/(kg·d)),
2、醋柳黄酮组(TFH组,TFH30mg/(kg·d)),联合组(Corn组,CP60mg/(kg·d)+TFH20mg/(kg·d)),另8只大鼠作为假手术组(Sham组,饮用水10mE/(kg·d)),连续灌胃干预6周。采用套尾法测量术前,术后1周、7周大鼠尾动脉血压。测量术后7周各组大鼠左心室质量/体质量比、钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)活性及CaN—mRNA表达。结果腹主动脉缩窄术后的大鼠血压、左心室质量/体质量比、CaN活性及CaN—mRNA表达均明显升高(P均<0.05),TFH能够明显抑制这些变化(P均<0.05),并且TFH和CP有协同作用。结论醋柳黄酮具有显著降压功效,能抑制
