1、·318·GuizhouMedicalJournal,2o14,V01.38,No.4七氟烷对新生大鼠海马胶质纤维酸性蛋白表达的影响王璐¨王飞清王宇高鸿△(1.贵阳医学院研究生院,贵州贵阳550004;2.贵阳医学院附属医院麻醉科,贵州贵阳550004)摘要目的探讨吸入2.3七氟烷对新生大鼠海马胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平和远期学习记忆功能的影响。方法7d龄SD大鼠24只,随机分为对照组和七氟烷组,每组12只。对照组持续吸入氧气6h,氧浓度29;七氟烷组持续吸入2.3七氟烷6h,氧浓度29。停止吸氧和七氟烷后4h,每组随机断头处死6只,提取海马组织,蛋白免疫印迹法测定GFAP水平
