1、究论著lThesis&ResearchRepo~·13·护具复温对冻伤大鼠作用机制研究马晓兵--,李瀛,吴罡,赵晓明,郝光辉,张波,王远征,尤富生(1.第四军医大学生物医学工程学院,西安710032;2.解放军205医院,辽宁锦州121001):摘要】目的:研究护具复温对冻伤模型大鼠的作用机制。方法:采用低温乙醇和水浸泡法制备大鼠的冻伤模型,测定漠型大鼠及25、35、45℃护具复温后血流变学和部分免疫细胞因子、血栓戊烷B2(ThromboxaneB2,TXB2)、6-酮一前列腺素F1(6一keto—prostaglandi
2、nF。,6-keto—PGF,)的变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血流变学指标、血清白介素一6:Interleukin一6,IL一6)、肿瘤坏死因子一13(TumorHecFosis~aetor-13,TNF—p)、TXB2显著升高(P<0.O1)、大鼠6-keto—PGFl显著降低(尸<0.01);与模型组比较,35护具复温组能够明显改善血流变学指标,降低血液黏滞度(P<0.05),能够明显泽低IL一6、TNF一13、TXB的含量,提高6-keto—PGF.的含量(氏0.05)。结论:冻伤大鼠存在血液高凝滞、血栓易形
