1、超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石治疗复杂性肾结石患者的围术期护理分析【摘要】目的：探讨超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石治疗复发性肾结石患者在围术期实施医护一体化护理模式的临床价值。方法：根据入院先后顺序，将130例在超声引导下行经皮肾镜碎石取石术的复杂性肾结石患者分为常规护理组（对照组，n=60）和医护一体化护理组（研究组，n=70），比较两组患者的手术情况、并发症情况等。结果：研究组患者的住院时间、导尿管拔管时间、肾造瘘管拔管时间、下床时间均明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组，术后并发症发生率和不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组，P<0.05；研究组患者对护理工作的总满意率为92.86%，对照组为
