1、实用临床医学2005年第6卷第12期PracticalClinicalMedicine,2005,Vol6,No12151先天性心脏病室间隔缺损合并主动脉瓣脱垂或主动脉窦瘤的超声诊断周爱云,陈莉,邓林云(南昌大学第一附属医院超声诊断科,江西南昌330006)摘要:目的:探讨超声心动图对先天性心脏病室间隔缺损(VSD)合并主动脉瓣脱垂(AVP)或主动脉窦瘤(VA)的诊断价值。方法:对31例先天性心脏病室间隔缺损合并主动脉瓣脱垂)或主动脉窦瘤患儿行彩色多普勒超声检查,并与手术结果对照分析。结果:VSD合并AVP24例,其中流出道VSD19例,15例
2、与手术结果一致,2例漏诊,2例误诊。膜周型VSD合并AVP5例,其中3例与手术结果一致,1例漏诊,1例误诊。流出道型VSD合并VA5例,其中3例与手术结果一致,1例漏诊,1例误诊。膜周型VSD2例,其中1例与手术结果一致,1例误诊。结论:流出道型的VSD和部分膜周型VSD易合并AVP及VA,熟悉这些畸形有利于手术时机及手术方案的选择。关键词:超声心动描记术,多普勒,彩色;室间隔缺损;主动脉瓣脱垂;主动脉窦瘤中图分类号:R445.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1009-8194(2005)12-0151-02Echocardiographic
