1、中国肛肠病杂志2014年第34卷第8期15喷他佐辛用于PPH超前镇痛的效果汤国辉刘丽兵伍洲颂邓秋林南华大学附属南华医院肛肠外科(湖南衡阳421002)摘要为探讨喷他佐辛用于吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)超前镇痛的效果，将行PPH治疗的i00例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各5O例，两组患者均采用腰俞穴麻醉，治疗组术前10min予以喷他佐辛30rag肌肉注射，对照组术前10min予以生理盐水2ml肌肉注射，对比两组患者术中直肠牵拉反应情况、患者术后不同时点VAS评分及不良反应。结果显示，治疗组术中直肠牵拉反应情况明显优于对照组，P
