2、4倍;添加较低浓度的茉莉酸甲酯浓度(1.0ms/L)使黄芪多糖的含量达48.974ms/g,比对照提高了2.50倍;添加4mg/L浓度的硝酸银能使黄芪多糖含量提高1.6o倍;高糖和高盐胁迫处理均能诱导黄芪多糖的合成。高糖处理能使黄芪多糖的产量比对照提高了1.92倍。低剂量的超声刺激对黄芪细胞生物量的积累有显著的刺激作用。[结论]诱导子的添加可有效促进黄芪悬浮培养细胞中黄芪多糖的积累。关键词诱导子;黄芪多糖;积累;细胞悬浮培养;黄芪中图分类号S567文献标识码A文章编号05l7—6611(2014)26—08954
