2、法检测各组TGF-131基因多态性(T29C)并结合TGF-131mRNA水平进行比较分析。结果携带基因型CC发生肝癌的风险较携带基因型TT显著降低(OR一0.317,95CI一0.110~0.913,P一0.033;OR一284,95CI一0.093~0.866,P一0.027)。携带等位基因c较等位基因T发生肝癌的风险显著降低(OR一0.57o,95CI=0.341~0.953,P=0.032;OR=0.548,95CI一0.320~0.936,P=0.028)。肝癌组中携带基因型CC的患者TGF-I]ImRNA水平较低。结论TGF-~I基因T29C多态性可能与HBV慢
