2、氮平进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后3周与6周的血清微量元素及BDNF、Hcy、Cor神经功能相关因子水平。结果观察组治疗后3周与6周的血清cu、Fe低于对照组,zn、Mn高于对照组,Hcy、Cor及神经功能相关因子均低于对照组,BDNF高于对照组,均P<0.05。结论奥氮平可有效调整抑郁症患者血清微量元素及BDNF、Hcy、Cor、神经功能相关因子,并且呈持续改善状态。【关键词】抑郁症;奥氮平;微量元素;脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF);同型半胱氨酸(Hcy);皮质醇(Cor);神经功能相关因子;变化Studyonthechangeo
