1、中国中医骨伤科杂志2014年9月第22卷第9期临床研究强骨饮治疗原发工型骨质疏松性髋部骨折的临床研究潘定权李静伟何康宏史晓林[摘要]目的:观察自拟中药强骨饮对原发I型骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者骨矿密度、骨折愈合、骨转换生化指标等方面的影响。方法:对65例原发I型骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者行手术治疗后,采用双能X线骨密度测量仪(法国Midlink公司生产),分别测腰椎正位(L1—4)和健侧股骨颈(Neck),Wards三角及大转子(Torch)(单位为g/cm),并测定骨转换生化标志物:骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)
2、、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(sTRACP5b)。随后随机将患者分为治疗组(33例)及对照组(32例)。治疗组服用自拟中药强骨饮,日1剂,早晚温服;对照组则服用仙灵骨葆胶囊,每次3粒,每日2次,两组共服用药物6个月。患者于治疗后每月行x线拍片检查,观察骨折断端生长情况;治疗6个月后再次测定腰椎正位(L)和健侧股骨颈(Neck),Wards三角及大转子四个部位骨密度值及BAIP、sTRACPSb,并进行比较。结果:治疗6个月后,中药强骨饮组4个部位的BMD较治疗前均有好转(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,治疗
