5、steaters.AnotherstudyintheInternationalJournalofFoodScienceandNutritionshowedthatpeoplewhoconsumedbreakfastcerealeverydayreportedfeelingbetterbothphysicallyandmentallythanthosewhorarelyatecerealinthemorning.Forkids,breakfastappearstoenhancealertness,attention,andperformanceonsta
6、ndardizedachievementtests,reportstheADA.Togetthefullbenefitsofbreakfast,theMayoClinicrecommendsamealwithcarbohydrates,protein,andasmallamountoffat.Theysaythatbecausenosinglefoodgivesyouallofthenutrientsyouneed,eatingavarietyoffoodsisessentialtogoodhealth.-9-Yet,evenwithsomuchsci
