7、验和数值模拟相结合的方法对电控组合泵燃油温度动态特性进行了研究。高压燃油喷射温度动态特性研究结果表明:喷射油温是油箱温度和喷油脉宽共同作用的结果,相同凸轮转速时,随着喷油脉宽增加喷射油温升高,在油箱温度为50℃条件下,最高喷射油温达到118℃;在4~6。CaA喷油脉宽下,增加单位喷油脉宽引起的喷射油温梯度为O~4℃oCaA;在6~10。CaA下,为4~5℃oCaA。低压燃油供油温度动态特性研究结果表明:低压系统的燃油温度升高源于高压系统喷油结束后向低压系统泄油的高温燃油热量,随着转速和喷油脉宽的增加,低压燃
