2、植土壤的污染状况及安全性。结果表明,4种作物种植地土壤的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率均显著高于蒸馏水对照组,且上层(O~20cm)高于下层(20~40am);上层土壤属中度污染,下层土壤属轻度污染;由土壤重金属污染引起的蚕豆根尖细胞微核畸变多达9种。说明广西八一锰矿废弃地土壤中含有遗传毒性物质,在其上不宜直接种植人畜食用的农作物,以免土壤重金属通过食物链进入躯体危害健康。关键词:蚕豆;细胞微核技术;锰矿废弃地;土壤污染;广西中图分类号:X53文献标识码:A文章编号:1002—8161(2010:109-0943—04Monitoringofs
