2、eciallyinthoseprojectswhicharesignificantandinnovative,moreandmorecollaborationacrossteamsandacrossorganizationsisneeded.Multiteamsystemtheoryisanewdirectioninthefieldofteammanagementinthepasttenyears.AndenterprisesalsobegintoadoptMTScooperationintheirwork.
3、Withtheadventofknowledgeeconomyera,newproductresearchanddevelopmenthasbecomeanimportantsourceofsustainedcompetitivenessofthehighandnewtechnologyenterprises.Thus,thenewproductresearchanddevelopmentMTShasbecomethecoreofthehighandnewtechnologyenterprise.Andthe
4、newproductresearchanddevelopmentMTSisgenerallycomposedofresearchanddevelopmentdepartment,productiondepartment,marketingdepartmentandtheotherfunctionaldepartments.Forthesmoothcompletionofnewproductresearchanddevelopment,teamsmusthicollaboratewitheachotherclo
