5、xhibitedinashopwindow,thusitisnotanoffer.Becausethegoodsdisplayedinashopwindowasainvitationtotreat,wecanknowthatgoodsdisplayedinashopwindow(evenwhenpriced)areclassedasawillingnesstonegotiateontheshopspart.Invitationstotreatalsoisconsideredtoinquirythepriceofgoods,meansapart

6、ytoinvitetheotherpersontomakeoffers.Differentanoffer,awillingnesstonegotiateonlyaspreparedtomakeacontractofbehaviorontheissuewhoisnotlegallybinding.Thecustomerwillmaketheoffertobuythegoodswhichtheshopareperfectlywithintheirrightstorefuse.Theinvitationstotreatarenotlegallycl

7、assedasoffersandthereforecannotbeaccepted.Beforethepartywhogaveofftheinvitationstotreatcouldnotaccepttheotherpeople’sofferstheycanrevocation,andthenthecontractisnotbuild.WhenSamiraskedtobuythegolfclubstheshopkeeperrefusedhin,andtherewasnoacceptance.Sowhentheshopkeeperrefuse
