1、医学理论与实践2016年第29卷第24期Vol.29,No.24,Dec2016JMedTheor&Prac3309MSCT灌注联合MVD测定对孤立性*NSCLC病理分级的临床价值研究王宗盛袁刚周胜利江苏省连云港市第一人民医院放射科222002摘要目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(Microvessel-slicespiralCT,MSCT)灌注成像参数联合微血管密度(Microvesseldensi-tyMVD)测定对孤立性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者病灶分化程度的诊断价值。方法:回顾经病理证实的46例肺部孤立性NSCLC患者治疗前的病灶MSCT灌注结果,统计其灌注测定
2、参数,与术后MVD测定值比较,分析肿瘤组织不同病理分化程度之间差异。结果:全部患者中,血容量(BV)在NSCLC的高、中、低分化程度鉴别中及毛细血管通透性(PS)在高、低分化鉴别中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以BV值差异最大;不同分化程度的NSCLC患者MVD差异存在统计学意义,血流量(BF)、BV、PS与MVD呈正相关,平均通过时间(MTT)无明确相关性。结论:MSCT灌注成像可定量反映活体肺部病变血管生成状况,对术前判断NSCLC病灶分化程度具有参考价值。关键词非小细胞肺癌X线计算机灌注成像微血管密度中图分类号:R445文献标识码:Adoi:10.
