2、刺活检或手术前行16层螺旋CT灌注扫描,病理标本常规HE染色及单克隆抗CD34抗体标记血管,将灌注参数值和微血管密度进行对照分析。结果周围型肺癌(恶性组)20例,活动性炎性结节或肿块(炎性组)5例,其他良性结节或肿块(良性组)8例。恶性和炎性组的MVD明显大于良性组(P<0.01),而恶性与炎性两组间MVD没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。除MTT外,BF、BV和PS与MVD之间均呈线性正相关(P<0.01),其中以BV值相关系数最高。结论肺结节或肿块的BF、BV和PS值与MVD之间呈正相关,MSCT灌注成像为在活体无创性评价肺肿瘤的微血管
