1、茶叶内生菌的分离鉴定及其生防功能初探陈璐,蓝江林,苏明星,刘波笃朱育菁*(福建省农科院农业牛物资源研究所,福建福州350003)摘要:对采白有机茶住产基地和加工厂的“大口毫”和“福云六号”茶叶样品进行内牛菌的分离和脂肪酸鉴定。从7份样站中共分离到16株细菌,1株真菌。老叶中均未检测到内纶菌,芽叶中内生细菌数量为26.0〜139.5xl06cfu/go冇机种植的“福云六号"芽叶的含菌量是“大白毫'啲1.94倍;常规种植的“大口毫"的芽叶的含菌量为97.5〜139.5xl06cfu/g,明显高于有机种植的
2、26.5〜2&3x106cfu/go4<大白毫"带有红杆菌属(Rhodobacter)>微杆菌属(Microbacterium)>根瘤菌属CRhizobium')和贪噬菌属(Variovorax)的内生细菌,"福云六号”仅含有根瘤菌属和贪噬菌属。对各内生菌的抑菌谱测定结果表明,有11株茶叶内牛菌对供试10种病原菌表现出拮抗活性,其中放射根瘤菌Eb659菌株有着最广的抑菌谱,貝有开发作为生防菌防治植物病害的潜质。关键词:茶叶;内生菌;分离;脂肪酸鉴定;生物防治Isolation,identificati
