1、香菇菌丝体对不同氮源的利用研究周振荣,生命科学学院摘要:采用液体深层培养方法,分析了六种氮源(豆粉,豆渣粉,硝酸钾,硝酸钱,硫酸钱和尿素)对香菇菌丝体生长的影响。实验结果表明:有机氮源比无机氮源更利于香菇菌丝体的吸收生长。在实验所选用的六种氮源中,豆粉、豆渣粉的效果都比较好,菌球密度大且大小均匀,72小时培养后,每1OOmL培养液中菌丝体干重分别为0.583mg和0.587mgo而且以豆渣粉为氮源最为经济且最易获得,菌丝体干重最高;在无机氮源中,以硝酸钾为氮源的培养液中香菇的菌丝球大且多,菌丝体干重为0.487mgo然而以硝酸钱,硫酸钱和尿素为氮源的培养基中,香菇的菌丝体几乎没有生长,和

7、re;mycelia1引言香菇(Lentinusedodes)是真菌界香蕈的子实体,因其含有一种特殊的香味物质一香菇精,形成独特的菇香,所以称为“香菇二其别名有香蕈、香才甚、香信、合蕈、台蕈等⑴,在分类学上属于担子菌纲、伞菌目、侧耳科、香菇属〔I]。香菇分布在我国浙江、福建、台湾、安徽、湖南、湖北、江西、四川、广东、广西、海南、贵州、云南、陕西、甘肃等地区,是我国传统的著名食用菌,我国在世界上最早人工驯化栽培成功。香菇由于营养丰富,
