1、ThestudyofLowerairwaybacterialcolonizationinstablephasebronchiectasisdiseasepatientAbstractObjective:Totestthehypothesisthatlowerairwaybacterialcolonization(LABC)existedinstablephasebronchiectasisandtoestablishtherelationshipbetweenLABCandAirwayobstruction.Andunderstandtherelationshi
2、pofbacteriaduringstableandacuteexacerbationperiod.Methods:Atotalof40patientswithseverbronchiectasisbutstableatbaselinewereincludedinthisstudy,Sputumsampleswhichcollectedatbaselinewereanalyzedforbacterialquantitativeculture.Pulmonaryfiinctiontestwasevaluatedatthesametime.Thelastandobt
3、ainthesamplesofsputumattheAcuteexacerbationperiod・Result:Thedetectablerateforpotentialnosogeneticbacteriaforpatientswithbronchiectasisduringthestableperiodwas37.50%,thebacteriarankingthetopthreewere:Pseudomonasaeruginosain6cases(40.00%),Klebsiellapneumoniaeill5cases,accountinglor33.3
4、3%,Acinetobacterbaumanniiin2cases,accountedfor13.33%.Pscudomonasaeruginosainfluenzaewasthemostimportantcolonizedpathogen.Andfoundthatthepatients'FEV1%withLABCwasbelowthanthosewithoutLABC(P<0.05),FVC%andFEV1/FVCdiflerencesbetweenthetwogroupshasnostatisticalsignificance(CO.05).Thedetec
5、tableratefornosogeneticbacteriaforpatientswithbronchiectasisduringtheacuteexacerbationperiodwas65.4%.thebacteriarankingthetopthreewere:Pseudomonasaeruginosain7cases(41.18%).Escherichiacoliin3case(17.65%),Acinetobacterbaumanniiin3case(17.65%)・Theresultsofgermiculturefor6patientswereth
