1、时的阻燃、水洗表现,确定HY-MPOP为体系最适阻燃剂;碳源、气源和协效剂的比较是在已选粘合剂和磷系酸源的基础上,设计实验考察各样品在与其复配制胶后阻燃胶的阻燃效果,结果显示季戊四醇(PER)作为碳源、氤尿酸三聚氧胺(MCA)作为气源、氢氧化镁作为协效剂时,复配体系具有最佳的阻燃效果。确定组分后,通过单因素实验对比了酸源、碳源、气源的最佳比例,垂直燃烧实验表明:比例在8:2:2、协效剂用量为阻燃组份5%时,膨胀阻燃体系具有最佳的阻燃效果;而阻燃组份和粘合剂的用量比在1:2.5时,整理后的织物具有最好的耐洗阻燃效果。在此配比下分别对厚/薄织物进行涂层整理,增重率为35%
2、可达到耐洗的阻燃效果,浸洗后的垂直燃烧炭长为95mm,续燃阴燃均为0s。设计正交实验筛选出了阻燃胶的最佳整理工艺:二次刮涂>100°C烘干150s、180°C焙烘150so在最佳配方和工艺条件下对织物进行涂层整理,测试整理前后织物的应用性能的变化,撕破强力实验显示织物强力损失较少(小于10%),但耐静水压有明显提高,应用性能基本保留。对整理后织物的TG和织物燃烧后的残炭SEM分析,并结合膨胀型阻燃剂的阻燃特性,探究了本阻燃涂层胶实际的阻燃情况和阻燃机理。关键词:环保;膨胀型阻燃剂;涤纶;涂层THEDEVELOPMENTOFECO-FRIENDLYCOATINGFLAM
