2、cessionwithspecialemphasisontheAgreementonTechnicalBarrierstoTrade,whichdealswithstandardsandtechnicalregulationsaswellasconformityassessmentprocedures.BecauseoftheuniquedomesticsysteminChina,thenegotiationsregardingtheTBTAgreementposedspecialdifficultiesbothforChinaandtheexistingMembersofth

6、t,technicalregulationisdefinedasa“documentwhichlaysdownproductcharacteristicsortheirrelatedprocessesandproductionmethods,includingtheapplicableadministrativeprovisions,withwhichcomplianceismandatory”.TheAgreementfurthernotesthattechnicalregulations“mayalsoincludeordealexclusivelywithterminol
