5、isputeSettlementUnderstanding(DSU).TheDSUallowsforpanelandAppellateBody(AB)reviewsforanydisputebetweenWTOMembers.TheTBTAgreementappliestoallproductsincludingindustrialandagricultureproducts,butnotforgovernmentpurchasingrequirementsandsanitaryandphytosanita

6、rymeasuresdesignedtoprotectfood,plantandanimalhealth,coveredbytheTheWTOAgreementontheApplicationofSanitaryandPhytosanitaryMeasures(SPSAgreement).Itsprovisionsapplytoproducttechnicalregulations(mandatory)andproductstandards(non-mandatory)forrequirementsthat
